  • Toggle to Smart 2 setting by accessing mirroring and casting capabilities on your mobile phone.  All content available on your smart phone is shared to your Smart Mirror display.
  • Gain access and control to all your Smart Phone Apps/Widgets from the Smart Mirror through Capstone’s proprietary Thin Cast™ technology.

What are the features of the mirror?

Smart 1: Surf the web and download your favorite apps right onto the mirror. Search from YouTube’s massive online video platform and browse channels ranging from Beauty Tutorials, Fashion Guides, Home Exercise, Cooking & Health and so much more. All without any additional costs or subscriptions.

Smart 2: Extend your smartphone experience by casting your phone’s screen and/or audio to the mirror’s display and speakers.

Is Google Play or the App store available on the Smart Mirror?

All Google Play Services and the App Store are available through your mobile device when using Smart 2 display . By using your mobile device with Smart 2, you can cast your mobile content directly to the mirror.

Is the Smart Mirror portable?

The Smart Mirror can be powered by connecting to a 12V 4A power bank (not included) eliminating the need for direct access to a 110 electrical outlet. This allows for easy relocation of the mirror from room to room if permanent wall installation is not desired.

Is it okay to install the Smart Mirror in a small bathroom where a shower could cause moisture to form?

Simply wipe the mirror clean but do not be concerned about water damage. The mirror is sealed and designed to meet an IP64 rating protects from water splashing on the surface, so moisture and water beading should not be an issue.

Do I have to plug in the Smart Mirror and install with an electrical outlet in proximity?

If you want to display the mirror in an area where a power outlet is not accessible, we recommend using a USB-C 20,000mAh power bank to supply power to mirror.

Can Bluetooth devices be connected to the Smart Mirror?

Yes. The mirror is compatible with most Bluetooth devices including but not limited to EarPods and external speaker devices.

Can I make phone calls using the Smart Mirror?

There is no sim card slot to add phone service in the Smart Mirror.  Depending on your customization, there are numerous communication apps that can be downloaded and visible on the integrated HDMI display.  (i.e., Skype).

Does the mirror have speakers?

Yes, there are speakers on the left and right side of the frame.

Can I surf the web and download apps?

Yes. The experience on the mirror is very similar to a tablet or smart phone.

Is the mirror display screen always on?

No, the Smart Mirror has two settings . It is a regular mirror when switched off or a smart display when switched on.

How do I clean the mirror?

We recommend using a gentle, non-abrasive screen cleaner and wiping the mirror with a microfiber cloth.

What action needs to be taken if I receive a defective order?

If your mirror is defective, notification of the defective product must be received within 30 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation e-mail.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy

Returns will only be accepted and processed when accompanied by a Capstone Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued directly from Capstone Customer Care.

Information Required for RMA Issuance

· 15 Day Returns – Original purchase receipt or Warranty Activation is required.

· Defective Claims Returns – Warranty Activation is required.


ORIGINAL PACKAGING must be used to minimize the potential for shipment damage. Items damaged during return shipment due to inadequate packaging are your responsibility. Please follow these guidelines when returning product to Capstone:


· Remove any labels, hazardous materials indicators, and other previous shipment markings on the box that are no longer applicable

· Wrap all items separately

· Use original cushioning material

· Use strong tape designed for shipping

· Do not use string or paper over-wrap

· Use address label provided by Capstone Customer Care.

· Place a duplicate address label inside the package.

· Write the RMA number on at least (2) outside surfaces of the package.

· Write the RMA number of the Air Waybill or Shipper documents.

· Ship the RMA items via traceable means.

· Please do not send in anything but the PRODUCT itself unless specifically requested by CAPSTONE. Please remove any accessories as well as any removable storage devices such as memory cards from the PRODUCT. CAPSTONE shall have no liability for the loss, damage or destruction of accessories or removable storage devices, unless they are caused by willful or gross negligent acts by CAPSTONE.

· Remove or provide any password that YOU assigned to the PRODUCT. If access to the PRODUCT is blocked by passwords, then CAPSTONE may not detect and repair all failures of the PRODUCT.


All RMA packages must be shipped to the address provided on the RMA.


All RMA returned items must be sent via traceable means. Be sure to retain the tracking information for your records. You are responsible for the product until it is received by Capstone.

Delivery Charges

You are responsible for paying shipment charges when returning a product to Capstone. Capstone will pay for shipment of repaired or new items returned to you if your product is covered under Warranty

RMA Inspection

All warrantied items returned under a valid RMA number and determined to be defective will be repaired, or at Capstone’s option, replaced with either new or factory refurbished parts. If a returned product is determined to be damaged or misused, it will be handled according to the Out-of- Warranty policy (See Warranty Section 8.0).

Out-of-Warranty repaired items carry a ninety (90) day warranty. In-Warranty repaired items are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty or ninety (90) days, whichever expires later.

To the extent permitted by law, CAPSTONE may charge YOU a diagnostic fee (including transportation costs if any) of up to US$ 100 (or the equivalent in local currency) if YOUR service request is OOW and YOU refuse the repair offer; or if YOUR PRODUCT does not require service.

15 Day Return Policy

Your satisfaction is guaranteed if you are not 100% satisfied. You may return new items sold and fulfilled by Capstone within 15 days of receipt for a full refund if the product is returned in original packaging and original condition with all accessories included.  Missing accessories or abused items will be deducted from credit issued.  Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.  You are responsible for returning the unit insured and freight prepaid.  The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited within 7 – 10 business days of receipt by Capstone.

If the Customer Care Representative cannot resolve the issue, at their discretion, the Customer Care Representative will assign an RMA number and provide an address of where the product is to be shipped.

Upon receipt and inspection, if your product is determined to be defective during the Warranty period the product will be repaired, or at Capstone´s option, replaced free of charge.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

We do not currently ship to international locations; therefore, we will not accept orders for shipments outside of the United States.

What steps do I take if I do not receive my Smart Mirror shipment?

If your order does not arrive, you will notify us within 30 days and appropriate action will be taken to locate the mirror and /or replace.
